How we stay current
We follow Microsoft Security research and turn each new threat into a checklist for clients. Our current playbook covers three recent patterns:
- Phishing that hides lure words with invisible characters to slip past filters
- AI-assisted fake executive and invoice requests aimed at finance staff
- Fake IT helpdesk calls that trick staff into handing over a valid sign-in, followed by quiet data theft
For each one we ask how it is detected, how it is contained, and which settings stop it next time. We then use Microsoft Secure Score to show the improvement over time.
